The CHROME DINETTE exhibition is dedicated to Sigmund Freud and Moses
- from the birth of History to it’s ending in 1939, when Europe collapsed while Freud
published his testamentary book « The Man Moses and the Monotheistic Religion ».
Freud then announced that Moses was never a Jew but an Egyptian, that the Jews murdered after they left Egypt - abandoning the Afterlife for the desert and the banning of images - and replaced with a Doppelgänger.
Freud died the same year of jaw cancer.
But his true terminal work is a story dedicated to his favorite poodle: Topsy Chow Chow
- who died of jaw cancer too, and on whom Freud made a typical and fatal psychoanalytical transfer.
The patriarch of psychoanalysis (the cure by talking) dies from the mouth along his dog after dedicating his last book to the stuttering prophet.
The CHROME DINETTE series thus concatenates 5000 years of history - of forbidden images history -
according to the laws of Egyptian bas-relief, and the flat hallucination of hysterical delirium ones
- playing the desert against the Afterlife in a mosaic sarcophagus of the human time’s catastrophe,
from one end of history to the other.
